"Seattle Freeze" is designed by Seattle artist Tom Lowell, and is hand screen printed in Seattle by Ink Knife Press. With a portion of the proceeds going to DESC, a Seattle non-profit that provides integrated services to Seattle’s homeless and formerly homeless people.
